- Account Data: Name, email address, profile photo, and region when you create an account (including data from Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In).

- Usage Data: Interactions, preferences, session duration, features used, and in-app activity.
- Device Data: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, crash reports, and performance data.
- Location Data: Approximate location (country/region) based on IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover that we have collected data from a child under the applicable age, we will delete it promptly.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HelpVote mobile application ("App") operated by HORSX HOLDINGS LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory
- Upload sexually explicit or violent content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Manipulate votes, create fake accounts, or engage in spam
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create and post on the App ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote your User Content within and in connection with the App.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, branding, logos, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by HORSX HOLDINGS LLC. "HelpVote" is a trademark of HORSX HOLDINGS LLC.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HORSX HOLDINGS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HORSX HOLDINGS LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Apple & Google Platform Terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you also agree to their respective terms of service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
